With the new offer "Experience local products", guests are very close to the producers and get an insight into how short the paths are in Val d'Ega from production to enjoyment: from a goat cheese tasting at the Oberwerkstatt farm to a guided tour of the permaculture gardens to the dumpling workshop with farmer Anna-Maria.
